He was Managing Director for 40 years of Coficiné, a credit institution specializing in the financing of the cultural industries, the number one in France and Europe in its sector.

Didier is one of the most important experts and leaders in the European media industry.

Dimitri is Managing Director of Mediastone Partners, where he has developed for 20 years the activities of M&A advisory, Sofica management and private equity in media, cultural industries and technology.

Arnaud TEULON

M&A Director

Arnaud joined Mediastone in 2020.

He was previously a Manager in EY's Transaction department, which he joined in 2013. Specialized in TMT transactions, he has advised numerous international clients in the media sector.

Michela BIANCHERI

M&A Associate

Michela joined Mediastone's M&A team in 2022.

She started her career in CA-CIB's M&A department in 2018, after initial experiences in M&A at BNP in Paris in the TMT sector and at Kaleidos in Milan, as well as in venture capital at Caixa Capital Risc in Barcelona.

Thomas PELLISSIER

M&A Analyst

Thomas joined Mediastone's M&A team in 2022.

Before joining Mediastone, he worked at Monnoyeur as an M&A analyst. Prior to that, he had an experience at Axa Investment Managers in the real estate transaction team.

Philippe BERREE

Business Manager

Philippe joined Mediastone's SOFICA management team in 2010.

He began his career in 1994 in the foreign network (Brussels, Tunis) of the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, then joined the international management of Natixis Banques Populaires in 2000. After a period in Project Finance (infrastructure), he joined the Media sector of the Corporate France division in early 2005, where he managed a diversified portfolio of clients in the sector, before moving to the management of Natixis' SOFICAs in 2009.
